Inspired by the iconic door of Olivenza's Town Hall, this is our way of paying homage to the roots and identity of a place where nature and culture intertwine.
At its core, Olivenza honors the work of our friends who've worked with care to create an oil that's truly unique. We like to say that we're not a part of the world's olive oil industry: we prefer to be the artisans of origin. Touching the olives, the soil, the presses in exactly the same way our ancestors did.
