Made from single-origin Picual olives in southern Spain, cold-pressed to retain maximum flavour and harvested mechanically, this premium EVOO olive oil delivers freshness, balance and purity in every drop.

Aromatic and vibrant, Olivenza's signature taste opens with summery notes of freshly cut grass and herbs. On the palate, Olivenza is smooth yet expressive, with hints of tomato and bell peppers, then a clean, peppery finish. Balanced and versatile, Olivenza's bold flavour enhances both simple dishes and refined cooking.

Produced in small batches from carefully selected Picual olive groves, Olivenza reflects a deep respect for the Spanish craft of harvesting olive oil. This is why each step of Olivenza's production process is designed to protect the integrity of the oil and its nutritional profile. This is reflected in Olivenza's 0.8°  acidity and high polyphenol rate, as well as its signature taste profile.
